Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all Shopify themes and digital downloads are non-refundable. Once a file has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
✅ Refunds Are Only Granted In the Following Cases:
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same theme more than once, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Unused Installation Service: If you purchased the theme installation service but managed to complete the setup yourself before our team started the work, a refund for the service portion may be issued.
Please email us at info@evablissdigital.com in either of the above cases. Include your order number and a brief explanation so we can assist you promptly.

Canva banner templates
Custom services that have already been started or completed
All other downloadable content
